STEP 1 – JOINING FEE - £80 This is a one off charge to analyse and integrate you into the system and will allow you to recieve information regarding potential donors. This will then allow you to choose a suitable donor based on different parameters such as characteristics, education etc. Please be advised you must be aged 21 or above to use this website. PLEASE NOTE: Fertility 1st have a wide range of ‘pool’ donors that are regularly tested and have proved reliable and successful in the past. We would advise recipients to consider these donors before choosing a new donor which will dramatically increase the time before you are able to arrange your first donation. An extra cost of £95 will be incurred if your donor requires fertility testing, STD testing is within the standard costs. STEP 2: INTRODUCTORY FEE - £300
This payment is required before any introductions can be made. This payment covers all the communication between recipient and donor and will cover the costs of administration etc. The introductory payment can be rolled over, if no deliveries are required, for a maximum of 3 months. Once the introductory payment has been made, and your chosen donor has confirmed your 4 day window, you can arrange as many deliveries within your 4 day window as you require. You will be charged the standard delivery fee for each delivery ordered. We also suggest you make Fertility1st Ltd aware if you intend on more than 2 deliveries to ensure the donor has enough donation kits in advance and you leave 24hrs between deliveries booked. |

| These can only be arranged within your four day window as your Donor will already be on standby for these dates and we will advise you as to how you can personally arrange your delivery on the day you ovulate and keep the anonymity between Recipient and Donor throughout.
We can confirm that this arrangement is carried out as a private arrangement (We advise you to budget around £150 per delivery paid directly to the couriers.) PLEASE NOTE: Refunds or credits are at the discretion of Fertility 1st Ltd |
